Sage & Spirit Travel puts together all inclusive hotel travel packages for music fans nationwide. To ensure that each and every event is special, we do one to three projects a year at this time, although we are looking to expand our community in the near future. Sage & Spirit Travel is made up of a very detail oriented team and we like to make sure we cover every last aspect. When Sage & Spirit does an event it is always an over the top event from discounted shuttles to and from the airport, discounted ski packages, guaranteeing entire hotels up to 300 rooms, free shuttles to and from the events on full size motor coach buses, wrist bands for late night shows, as well as always having a private, fully catered late night event at the hotel with entertainment. When you hear that Sage & Spirit Travel is announcing an event you always know it is going to be big because that is how we do each and every time, big. December 2008 in Denver, Colorado, Sage & Spirit Travel hosted a “sold out” hotel package that music fans are talking about nationwide. Sage & Spirit Travel guaranteed and “sold out” an entire 365 room hotel package for three nights. Sage & Spirit Travel arranged discounted shuttles with Super Shuttle from the airport to the Crowne Plaza, wrist bands for Cervantes, Quixotes, Owsley’s Golden Road, The Oriantal Theater and Dulcinea’s for all three nights as well as full size motor coach buses with Coach America Denver to and from the Pepsi Center. For the fully catered late night event in the Crowne Plaza ballroom, we booked BoomBox from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. followed by Matt Butler’s Everyone Orchestra from 4 a.m. to 6 a.m. with such artists as Matt Butler, Steve Kimock, Melvin Seals, Jans Ingber, Joey Porter, Dave Watts, Toubab Krewe, Vince Herman and many more. Sage & Spirit Travel also added in show tickets for an extra cost on the hotel package as well.
