A.   Absolutely not, the shuttles and late night events are for Sage & Spirit hotel guests only!  You must book a package directly through Sage & Spirit Travel to attend all events as well as get on the shuttles.

 Q. What type of payments are accepted?

 A.  Sage & Spirit accepts most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discovery and American Express. Cashiers checks and postal money orders are also acceptable forms of payment. Please make payable to and mail to:

Q. What do I need to make a reservation?

A. Name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address and credit card.

Q. How much are my service fees and taxes for this package?

A. There are not any hidden fees, the prices that you see are the prices that you pay, all service fees and taxes included.

Q. How many wristbands do I get for my room?

A. All guests will receive wristbands upon arrival and check in at the hotel.  


Q. May I vend at the hotel this summer?

A. There will be no authorized vending, any violators will have product confiscated, no questions asked.   Vendors that would like to vend on site, please email Sage & Spirit Travel directly for a vending permit. info@sageandspirittravel.com

A. Your wristbands will give you access into the hotel, onto the shuttle buses to and from the venues and into the late night events at the hotel.
